Regole per l’Uso delle Parti Comuni / Rules for the Use of Common Areas

vi ricordiamo che la nostra struttura è inserita all’interno di un contesto residenziale condominiale. Per questo motivo, vi invitiamo a rispettare scrupolosamente le seguenti regole di comportamento per garantire la serenità e la privacy di tutti i residenti.

Please be reminded that our accommodation is located within a residential condominium. For this reason, we kindly ask you to strictly adhere to the following rules to ensure the peace and privacy of all residents.

Uso delle Parti Comuni / Use of Common Areas

– Le aree comuni del condominio (ingresso, scale, ascensore, androni) sono da considerarsi spazi di transito e non di sosta o aggregazione.
– È vietato introdurre ospiti esterni diversi da coloro regolarmente registrati presso la struttura.
– Si raccomanda di mantenere un comportamento rispettoso e silenzioso, specialmente nelle fasce orarie 13:30 – 16:00 e 22:00 – 8:00.
– È fatto divieto di lasciare oggetti personali o rifiuti negli spazi comuni.

– The condominium’s common areas (entrance, stairs, elevator, hallways) are intended solely for transit and not for stopping or gathering.
– It is strictly prohibited to introduce external guests who are not officially registered with the accommodation.
– Please maintain respectful and quiet behavior, especially during the hours of 1:30 PM
– 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- It is forbidden to leave personal items or waste in the common areas.

Sicurezza e Rispetto del Condominio / Safety and Respect for the Condominium

– Gli ospiti sono tenuti a chiudere sempre i portoni e le porte di accesso al fine di garantire la sicurezza di tutti.
– Non è consentito l’uso delle aree condominiali per attività ricreative, sportive o di svago.
– Qualsiasi comportamento che possa arrecare disagio ai condomini comporterà l’immediato richiamo e potrà determinare la risoluzione anticipata del soggiorno.

– Guests must always ensure that doors and gates are properly closed to guarantee everyone’s safety.
– The use of condominium areas for recreational, sports, or leisure activities is not allowed.
– Any behavior that may cause discomfort to the residents will result in an immediate warning and may lead to the early termination of the stay.
